Shipping policy

All items will be ready to ship within 3 days of purchase (Canadian holidays and weekends not included).

Once the package is shipped we are not responsible for it. Please contact the shipping company if you have a problem. For international customers we do not have control over your package once it leaves our hands and can not assist with any custom disputes.

Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase we can't be responsible for shipping to the wrong address if it was entered wrong.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jenny Coomber Drsigns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Within Canada, orders ship via Canada Post (Letter Mail, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority), depending on the destination. Estimated delivery is 2–13 business days, not including possible postal delays.

For U.S. destinations, orders ship via Canada Post, with delivery estimated at 5–13 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal service timelines.

For all other international destinations, I ship via Canada Post. Delivery time is 8-13 business days assuming no delays in customs clearance and postal delivery service.

In some cases, I may ship with UPS, FedEx, or Purolator to provide the most affordable and efficient delivery option for you.

All times are approximate and were given to me from Canada post.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address within 48hrs, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Jenny Coomber Designs will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
