How do I care for my products?

Fabrics
I have pre washed all my fabrics in hypoallergenic laundry soap before sewing, so the washing machine on cold gentle tumble will be fine and cool dry or air dry. To help with fading wash inside out. Please don't use fabric softener.

Wood rings care
Wood is a natural item and natural variations in the material can occur.
Please treat the wood yourself with whichever type of oil you choose. A few examples are: coconut oil, olive oil or beeswax. To help protect and extend the life of your product. We don’t pretreat them because of different allergies.

DO NOT PUT WOODEN TEETHERS IN THE DISHWASHER
DO NOT PUT WOODEN TEETHERS IN THE WASHER OR DRYER

Will my products look exactly like the picture?

Please note: colours may appear differently on your screen, than in person, due to different computer monitors or smart phone screens and their calibrations.

Pictures are examples. your material may be positioned slightly different due to cutting and sewing.

Can I use a rewards code on an order I just placed yesterday?

Our discount codes cannot be used retroactively. They are for new orders only, and they MUST be used at checkout to apply.

I just signed up for your Rewards? Can I get points added to my account for all my previous orders?

No, you cannot. We do not issues points for any previous orders. But we are happy you are now part of our rewards program! Thank you for joining. 

I can’t find my reward code after I clicked it?

Please check your email for the reward code, all reward codes will also be sent to your email. Sometimes our emails go to your junk mail so please check there too.
 

Do you have discount codes?

Yes all our brand reps are given discount codes to share with you. Shhhh! Here is a few.

Where do you ship to?

We currently we only ship to Canada, USA and UK on our website, all other countries can find us on Etsy for shipping. https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/JennyCoomberDesigns

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jenny Coomber Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

what if my package gets damaged in shipping?

 Jenny Coomber Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What if I put in the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can change it before it ships, unfortunately once it ships we can’t recover it. We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address within 48hrs. the order will be canceled and refunded.


Safety
 

Always inspect products for signs of wear or damage before each use. Discard any items that have been damaged.
