Shipping

All items will be ready to ship within 1-3 days of purchase (Canadian holidays and weekends not included). 

Once the package is shipped we are not responsible for it. Please contact the shipping company if you have a problem. For international customers we do not have control over your package once it leaves our hands and can not assist with any custom disputes.

Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase we can't be responsible for shipping to the wrong address if it was entered wrong.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship directly through our website to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. (Unfortunately, shipping to the United States has been temporarily paused until the 50% tariff has been lifted)

Shipping Times

Within Canada, orders ship via Canada Post (Letter Mail, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority), depending on the destination. Estimated delivery is 2–13 business days, not including possible postal delays. 

Deliveries to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and remote areas of Newfoundland and Labrador may experience extended shipping times, particularly during inclement weather.

For U.S. destinations, orders ship via Canada Post, with delivery estimated at 5–13 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal service timelines. Applicable duties and tariffs are prepaid, so there are no additional duties due upon delivery.

In some cases, I may ship with UPS, FedEx, or Purolator to provide the most affordable and efficient delivery option for you.
